Standard Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, email support@plushjoy.co with your order number.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For defective or damaged items, we’ll replace them at no additional cost.

VIP Membership Refunds

The $34.95 monthly fee is fully refundable 30 days from once billed.

You can cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
